SEO optimization.

We should make armada-website more SEO friendly. In order to do this we  could:
- Add meta description tag to main page.
- Generate/create titles and descriptions for sub-sites,
- Create a HTML and XML sitemap.
- Create a separate 404 page, consistent with exisisting layout.
- improve links anchor texts (e.g.: "here" -> "service-discovery")
