Toggle for Versatile Cards

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes! Certain investigators have limited slots for off-class cards, such as Carolyn or Parallel Pete, but if you take Versatile, the "limited access cards" toggle is used to toggle both "versatile cards" as well as limited access cards available in their deck building. Having a separate toggle gives thin the pool when looking for non-versatile slot cards.

Hi @jakespurgeon1, this is indeed something we considered when the feature was created. We decided to defer this until we know how many examples of this kind of effect are added in fan-made content. Turns out it is many...

I think a good way forward would be to still have a checkbox to quickly toggle it, but add the possibility to further scope it down if there is more than 1 effect that adds a restriction?
