This Genetic Algorithm is an adaptation of some beautiful code I wrote for work. I just made it more generic for public use.
I haven't tested this code, I just made sure that it compiles. If you find any bugs, please log a ticket or a PR to fix it. If you want to write some tests, I'd appreciate it.
