Consider making a new release

Hi! You made some improvements since your first release (0.1.0). However, the original version is still the one available through the Arduino Library Manager. With a new release (see https://github.com/arduino/library-registry/blob/main/FAQ.md#how-can-i-publish-a-new-release-once-my-library-is-in-the-list), we could get the improvements there too. Thanks!
