Need better setup Documentation #246

There needs to be more straightforward examples on how to setup the use of this tool. I am trying to upgrade from select2, and I cannot figure out exactly how to figure out how to setup Selectivity.
Recommend creating concise, clear, and simple examples, beginning with the simplest usage and working to more advanced features. The examples listed here only talk about setting up selectivity from javascript only. It is not clear as to how to initialize a simple Selectivity object on a element. The paragraph under "jquery" is also cryptic as to what it means (do you need to supply your own div, or what? The examples under "demos" are equally cryptic and it is difficult to determine how it all works. The suggested examples should not have any 'custom' anything. It should include the files straight from the release, and all necessary js be placed within the example html. Having example js in many different places makes it too hard to follow for simple examples
