Write additional stories for new components and document design system

Now that we are in the progress of migrating to an Xstyled/Emotion based styling system (see #65) and are aggregating all of our design tokens to one place (see `Theme/tokens`), we should make sure we visual document the new components and add information on the design system in the storybook.
