The only new dependency is storable-complex. I'm happy to help with package creation, but have ran into trouble with the cblrepo workflow. Specifically, patching failed during the following step from the README:
cblrepo pkgbuild $(cblrepo build base|tail -n +2)

There is absolutely no need at all to create PKGBUILDs for all packages in order to build the single one you are adding. So in order to add, create, and then build /hmatrix/ and its dependencies you only need to:

% cblrepo add $(cblrepo versions -l storable-complex hmatrix)   
% cblrepo pkgbuild storable-complex hmatrix
% ./makeahpkg -x -l ~/tmp -- storable-complex hmatrix
