Ability to renew TLS crt / key without changing content

We can't renew the TLS crt / key without providing changes to the content.

Hello,

I noticed it's currently not possible to renew TLS certificate and key without changing the content.
It would be a nice feature as renewing TLS doesn't always require content changes.
