No "Institutional" blogs or newsletters

I propose that we do not ingest institutional or big project blogs or Newsletters. For example:

• SDSS Blog http://blog.sdss.org/
• MAST Newsletter
• NOAO Newsletter

I think we should focus our efforts on works authored by individuals and community driven projects.

I think ADS could consider ingesting these more mainstream blogs themselves (@aaccomazzi ). Or we could do it as a "version 2" feature.

If there's agreement, I'll modify the Charter with this update.
