No Client Side Rendering option

The cli doesn't seem to prompt for whether or not I want Server Side Rendering. Is it possible to do angular without server side rendering?

I also have this same question - I was hoping that Ara would allow for client-side-only rendering with an Angular micro-frontend. Is this not the case?
