aptly http upload via dput-ng

Hi, first thanks for aptly, this is dope!

dput-ng support http/https (PUT) method for uploading changes files.
aptly support changes files via "aptly repo include".

I wonder if we could either add an endpoint in the API or add a aptly driver to dput-ng to make them work together. What do you think ?
