Xposed not detected on Android 15 QPR1 Beta 2

NekoSMS prompts that module is not enabled in Xposed, then notifies that Xposed is not installed after Enable us selected.

• Device: Pixel 9 Pro XL
• Android version: Android QPR1 Beta 2 (AP41.240823.009)
• Xposed version: LSposed 1.9.3_mod (7244) Zygisk
• NekoSMS version: 0.22.0 (42)

The "Xposed not installed" check is super legacy - it checks for the specific Xposed installer app from back in the pre-LSposed days. I'll find some time to remove it. The more important question is - does the module actually work?

I only use one other module (Pixel Xpert) and that has not reported any issues.

FYI - Just upgraded to Android 15 QPR1 Beta 3, same issues; no change.

nekoSMS also failed to recognize LSposed in A14 for me too. Worked fine in A13. :(

Other LSposed modules work just fine.

FYI now on Android 15 QPR2 Beta 1, still no change in behaviour from the above.

Sorry for the late response - I've been preoccupied with other things recently. Unfortunately I don't have a spare SIM card that I can test with for receiving messages at the moment, but the rest of the app seems to work fine on Android 15 with LSposed_mod 1.9.3 + Zygisk.

Could you follow these steps?

1. Connect your phone to a computer with adb installed
2. Reboot the phone, then immediately after run adb logcat -s NekoSMS on the computer to begin streaming logs
3. Try sending yourself a SMS that you expect NekoSMS to block
4. Upload the logs here

Also, make sure you have enabled the NekoSMS module for the com.android.phone process in the LSposed manager, as that is required for it to function.

Sorry, there is no issue, Lposed was showing "Loaded" on notification, but that does not mean it was "active".

However I still cannot figure out how to make it a default app, it does not show up as a SMS app in setting. Probably a easy fix.

Can you verify that the module is enabled in LSPosed for com.android.phone? A lack of logs indicates that the module is not being loaded.

Another small update from me: switched/updated my LSposed version to Jing Matrix's build, v1.10.1 (7115) - same issues; no change.

then how do you use the app ? how do you block messages ?
