Move version file to aws/version?

Hi,

Thanks for your work on this, but whilst maintaining this in Debian, I found out that this library has a version file inside lib/ whereas it's best to have it inside lib/aws/ instead!

Do you concur with this? 😄

I'm not sure, it's been ages since I've touched Ruby. But open to pull requests.
