Chartboost startSession at wrong position

Chartboost startSession is only in

• (BOOL)application:(UIApplication *)application didFinishLaunchingWithOptions:(NSDictionary *)launchOptions

But startSession should be called every time the app starts. If not the app reports wrong numbers of sessions.

But putting in in applicationDidBecomeActive yields to another conflict on Android.
