How to view mobile ad on desktop?

Hi,
   I installed the extension, it only direct mraid.js to cdn.appnexus.com...
   I've tried IAB mraid ad tester, it won't allow copy/paste on desktop simulated apps. Is there anyway to view creative/mobile ads for testing? Does it has to through appnexus and become an advertiser?
