Completely breaks Redmine now

Steps to reproduce:

• Install plugin as per installation instructions in README
• Attempt to restart Redmine
• Restart fails with:

LoadError: cannot load such file -- redmine_omniauth_gitlab/hooks

Don't really hope for feedback, since this plugin seems abandoned, will try to fix it myself
