strike_tooltip should become deprecated, and all input components should utilize lightning:helptext #215
Description
With the Spring release, use of strike_tooltip is failing security review. It should be phased out immediately in all components that use it as a dependency.
This also means that the helpTextPlacement attributes on input components will be removed.
These changes will warrant a major release (2.0.0).
