fork plans?

Hey! I'm glad you're using this stuff for appacademy, but I wonder if you have plans to work off the main repo (https://github.com/ultrasaurus/test-first-teaching/) instead of the generated one (https://github.com/alexch/learn_ruby). If you improve the tests and docs I'd love to be able to merge your improvements back in (and vice versa) but this repo structure makes that difficult. Thoughts?

Note also that I'm open to scrapping the current "so many curricula!" system and moving to a saner single-repo world...

I think we had a couple motivations for forking off. 1) we only needed the ruby stuff and 2) i think we upgraded a couple of the specs. I think we would be interested in the single repo just for test-first-ruby :) @ruggeri might have more thoughts.
