Link error due to LeptonImpl

I have been seeing a linker error related to LeptonImpl for the past several months.

I heard this issue is known but hope it is fixed soon. I can successfully install Hadrons by using old version without LeptonImpl, so it’s not very urgent but being unable to use the new feature is not very convenient.

This issue is happening on a JLab login node where jobs for KNL/SapphireRapids are submitted.
