Simulation mode stops after 5sec in run

I tested the simulaton mode without connected sensors.
Simulation stops after 5 sec in the run and it is reporing "run completeted" .
Has this somtinge to do with the emergency stop function that was added ?
Simulaton temp is showing and moving.

I haven't tested the latest PR in depth since we only have sparse internet, a quick test after you've opened the issue showed the same. I'm not even sure if that is just instrumentation (i.e. the client) or if the server actually really stops the run. In any case, development of picoPID (picoreflow successor) is in progress, the client is shaping up nicely, so if it's only simulation and doesn't interfere with production runs I'd like to not go hunting this down as it's likely to be resolved when picoPID is released.

By removing the 2 files in the Lib dir Simulation works
