Update tar-fs dependency to address security vulnerabilities

Thank you for your work on dockerode!

I’m opening this issue to request an update of the tar-fs dependency to a secure version.
Currently, dockerode depends on tar-fs@2.1.2, which has known security vulnerabilities flagged by SonarQube and npm audit.
