This was introduced in 0.45.0
Something along these lines needs to be added to the user guide:
Instead you may specify a specific version as an argument. This allows you to go back to an older version, for example when the latest one is buggy.
The version number must be specified as ...
If the specified version does not exist, an error is thrown.
