Interference between progress window and ::http::geturl

Hello!
Is it possible that there is some issues between progress window and ::http::geturl command?
Because command ::http::geturl doesn't work (never return) when I call it while progress dialog is active, without progress dialog command works as intended.
Maybe there are some variables collisions, or?
