Install Apertium on fedora

Hello apertiumers,
I tried with dnf install apertium-all-dev, but it shows the error with "Unable to find a match: apertium-all-dev"

RPMs are a tad broken atm, even if you use the nightly repo. I recommend running it in a Debian or Ubuntu container for now.
