Endpoint specification support

Currently, mwgp is not practical to deploy in wireguard ideally-mesh/peer-to-peer network environments where all members may wish to have a tunnel endpoint but it is not practical for each host pair to have a dedicated UDP port number, as it does not allow specifying endpoints to send traffic to. Could that be implemented?
