Insmod // Invalid module format #2

Getting this error while trying insmod ch34x.ko:

insmod: ERROR: could not insert module ch34x.ko: Invalid module format

dmesg returns this:
[ 254.804982] ch34x: disagrees about version of symbol module_layout

Do you have any idea?
