Ctrl-Z and Ctrl-Y are switched depending on Keymap#100

When using Ctrl-Z and Ctrl-Y in nullboard on a german keyboard,
Undo and Redo are switched.
On a german keyboard Z and Y are also switched, so i guess its comming somewhere from the keymap integration.
