[FEATURE] Add dask-geopandas to single node benchmarks

GeoPandas only runs on a single core. dask-geopandas can parallelize GeoPandas to run on many cores.

Describe the solution you'd like

dask-geopandas SpatialBench code for all the queries.

Additional context

I imagine it isn't easy to properly structure dask-geopandas code for all the SpatialBench queries, so it would be great to get help from an experienced user!
