collectBrokerRuntimeStats metrics not getting scraped

Describe the bug
When running rocketmq-exporter:0.0.2 we are getting error regarding collectBrokerRuntimeStats metrics and some of the metrics are not getting scraped because of this

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the docker image docker.io/apache/rocketmq-exporter:0.0.2
2. Check logs
3. See error
