@nastra I have raised the PR for this change. I will push the test case implementation as well soon.
Can you please have a look if the approach is good.

Also, I wanted to check to completly support prefix based credentials we might also have to update the VendedCredentialProvider (S3) , VendedAdlsCredentialProvider (adls) to support prefix based credential selection. Currently we throw exception that there are more than one credential per storage type.
