Note: there is no timeline for Gluten 1.5.1 release. We created this issue early to track patches for backporting, user-reported bugs, etc.

• [GLUTEN-10715][CORE] Bump Spark version from 4.0.0 to 4.0.1 #10716 (only need to backport the fix for Spark 3.5 version)
• [VL] Remove support for BNLJ full outer join without condition #11021
• [GLUTEN-11390][VL] Align aarch64 compiler flags with Velox to fix xsimd initialization errors #11457
