[Feature] - Post Install Job Fails because CouchDB is not ready

When running helm install the post-install job is failing due to the fact that CouchDB pods are not ready yet.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Allow to change the default backoffLimit by adding a value `autoSetup.backoffLimit`.
