CMake FetchContent?

Hey, I have few components via FetchContent, net in inaccessible during build, So do we any option available for handle this?

Does cmake provide a way to extract this information? Does it provide a way to override the location from where it gets them?

I don't know enough cmake, I'm just asking general questions to know whether it would be easy/possible to support this feature.
