maybe runner could go oom after build 7 different artifacts, we can try add resource monitoring and see if that is the case

the test hangs from the cp command

with resource monitoring on 9043 the problem is identified as saturation of container's writable layers

seems like the host disk is full

evidence
added a disk debug step after container initialization, the host is prepolluted. we need a job to clean up the host
