Staging watermark is not visible at airflow.staged.apache.org in dark mode

In dark mode the "staging" watermark added by during building of the staging site https://github.com/apache/airflow-site/blob/main/.github/scripts/add_watermark.py is not visible:

cc: @SHASHI9705 @choo121600 @kaxil -> possibly small thing to look at - I've added the watermark in somewhat lame way as part of the build process: https://github.com/apache/airflow-site/blob/main/.github/workflows/build.yml#L141

Maybe it can be done better and more dark-theme friendly ?
