Deploy a PKGBUILD to the AUR

This package would be in charge of doing the following:
* Having dependencies on `docker`, `docker-compose`, and anything else the backend needs
* Installing the `docker-compose.yml` to a system directory
* Installing the CLI and ensuring it's available through `$PATH`
