[FEATURE] Several explanatory pages will need to be migrated to OC-beta

For now, several of the links in the 'Read more ...' texts are directing the user to the OC-alpha site.
For example, the 'Read more...' button in the EAC mooring array product takes us here: https://oceancurrent.aodn.org.au/eac_about.php

I think we'll need to migrate all these support pages to OC-beta at some point.

Having said that, there are many support pages that are not part of the official website, but are referenced mid-text.
I think we need to discuss how to proceed with those.
