[BUG] [behavior] appearance of ARGO floats on maps

Describe the bug

What dictates whether Argo floats are shown or not. If it is the presence of a Temperature field then why do they not show up for Climatology SST like Four-hour SST and Daily SST? But why then are they present in Adjusted Sea Level Anomaly.

To Reproduce

Go to all the maps on the Maps page and observe presence / absence

I just checked and I can see Argo float presence in 4h SST, 6d SST, and Adj SLA maps.
We don't want them for monthly means (because we'd just have too many dots over a month!)
And the SST climatology is moving (see issue #313 )
