codex 问题 #142

电脑上 codex 和 vs code 插件都能正常使用，在 anycode 中使用 codex，发送消息会出现：Codex 启动失败或未产生任何输出 Not inside a trusted directory and --skip-git-repo-check was not specified.
目前电脑已安装 cc switch，不知道是不是这个问题
