SOLIDPOD: in grant permission group dialog allow selection of existing group

Description

If I am sharing to a group of recipients, show any previous groups in a suggestion list (or similar) allowing me to share to recipient group I have already defined.

Why

So that as a user with existing recipient groups in my Pod, I can share to an existing recipient group without having to define the recipient group again.

Closing Criteria

Checklist for closing the issue:

• No errors from make prep
• All tests pass make qtest
• Allow me to select a recipient group I have used previously when sharing a resource

Additional Context

According to setPermissionAcl(), the recipient group definition is stored in a ttl file in the user's Pod. Or it may be accessible from the ACL file.

The list and definitions of existing recipient groups should be retrievable from a user's Pod.
