Using skills like superpowers:brainstorming?

I've installed the superpowers skills, but I don't know how to invoke them or to be sure they are actually used. I don't see any custom commands or status line saying 'superpowers enabled' or similar. How to list custom commands?

is it even necessary or :muse is essentially superpowers:brainstorm ? Thanks
