Consider PyPDF2 #3
Description
With PyPDF2 it seems we can insert Adobe Acrobat-style comments as well as blank pages and other fancy things. This might be nice for long comments that don't fit in the margin of the student's handin, or maybe we can use it to do other things?
I'm TA'ing in the spring so maybe I can take a look at it.
