Claude GitHub app requesting updated permissions (Read and write access to Checks - Was read-only)

Hi Folks. We received this notification on Feb 27, 2026 and we're just getting to it now. Would someone please point us to an explanation about why we should approve this increased permission? Thank you, and apologies if this is the wrong repo.
