LOCK: rename, support send commands/signals/replies between chunks, doing several transmissions in parallel

That sounds like something very far from the current FTP protocol. Sounds more like SPDY/HTTP2 ...

It seems the implementation cost is too high, mostly rewriting existing stuff.
