Description
When I set up a venv, I always put them directly in my C drive. Easy to find/control.
When I configure the Default virtual environment creation path in the python installer to C:\ or C:\, it will create a virtual environment in the USERS directory and not in C directly.
When you reopen to configurator, to determine what went wrong, it has changed any C:\ or C:\ to C: and it will still not create in the folder of choice.
