Bug located in PyMechanical Embed - CreateLabel(figure) crashes App

AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem. A diagnostic file has been written: C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Temp\AnsysWBDumpFile.dmp

If possible could you please share the mechdb file as attachment here or send directly to email pyansys.core@ansys.com with subject as the issue numbers.

No. #1520 and #1521 are different, but raising the same error...

You can take any mechdb file.

I tested this with 252, here is the script I have used

app.open(mechdb_file)
solution = Model.Analyses[0].Solution

result = app.DataModel.GetObjectsByName("Directional Deformation")[0]
figure = result.AddFigure()
app.save_as(os.path.join(os.getcwd(), "graphics_test_after_adding_figure.mechdb"))

It worked fine. Can you try this and let me know ?

@dipinknair , Thank you for the script. It is working but If we add a label to added figure, then the issue has been occurring.

@Naveen-Kumar-B Thanks for additional information. I have verified this and confirmed the behavior. The issue you mentioned is directly related to the Mechanical itself. You can reproduce this issue if you run you script in Mechanical batch mode (not using pymechanical). I can also confirms that this Mechanical defect will be resolved in future release. I have added appropriate label to the bug.
