galaxy-dev|galaxy-api: Would it be possible to have devel has default branch ?

Hello all,

Across the projects that makes the platform, they all follow a policy of having devel has their default branch.

• ansible/ansible
• ansible/awx
• ansible/ansible-runner
• project-receptor/receptor
• ansible/galaxy

Would it be possible to have the same pattern in ansible/galaxy-dev and ansible/galaxy-api ?

Maybe once we figure out how private AH fits in all of this. We're going to be re-arranging things and probably moving repositories around between now and AnsibleFest.
