The top level toc appears on left side bar, wheres their nested toc (i.e. markdown sections within the docs) is on the right side bar. I think we need to implement it similarly as on navigator's docsite (see the attached screenshot)

Its mkdoks.yaml contains a lot more than the project-template's one. Any help with picking up only what will solve the problem, would be much appreciated.
