The runtime base image for this project is too old, it needs to be swiched to a more recent version. #44
Description
The loader code is java 11. The base runtime image is openjdk:11-slim-buster, which has not been patched for the last 2 years.
We should move on to another, maintained image like eclipse-temurin:11-jdk-noble
