The app doesn't function properly on some devices #44
Description
After reviewing the most positive and negative reviews for the Torchie app in the Google Play store, as well as the top topics and review sentiments from potential competitors, I discovered some issues users were experiencing with certain devices.
Users with devices such as the Note 8, Nexus 6p, Android 12, Pixel 4, Samsung S10e, LG phone, Samsung A30, and Xiaomi K20 Pro experienced issues with the app.
For example, the following are some specific cases extracted from Google Play Store reviews:
"Note 8, I can press the two-volume buttons together twenty times and nothing would happen",
"Also doesn't work with screen off ... on Nexus 6p",
"No working on Samsung s10e. Gave app permission, turned on the vol up and down permissions and assigned torchie... Nuthin. I get a notification that the app has been turned on and off but the light itself stays off",
"HTC M8 Seems to only work if the lock screen is lit. If it's not lit, nothing happens. Pressing both volume buttons also turns my ring volume down all the way into silent mode",
